International Cluster for Personalised Nutrition
A cluster for personalised nutrition (PE) is being created in the NCC. This serves as a networking point, test laboratory and platform for the future vision of nutrition. In close cooperation with foodward and the ZHAW, the cluster brings together all relevant players in the food production value chain. The goal is to better understand the connections between enjoyment, taste, health, neurogastronomy and the gut-brain interaction. The aim is to gain individual insights in order to develop personalised products that promote well-being and health.
